Wack 100 presses Big Loon over protecting Young Thug after the Charleston White walkout, compares Loon’s approach to Big Bank—and forces a heated debate over what Thug actually said to investigators. The conversation begins with Wack revisiting the backlash he received for interviewing 6ix9ine. Wack says he knowingly accepted the conversation, challenged 6ix9ine directly and told the team to release the full interview even after early clips caused people to attack his street credibility. Now Wack says some of the same people who criticized that decision are trying to secure their own 6ix9ine interviews. That leads Wack to Big Bank. Wack says Bank has handled major Atlanta figures—including Young Thug, 21 Savage and Lil Woody—with “white gloves.” He wants to see whether Bank would show 6ix9ine the same patience and understanding or suddenly become more aggressive because 6ix9ine has already been rejected by the culture. Loon does not defend Big Bank. Instead, Loon explains that Young Thug is genuinely his friend and refuses Wack’s attempt to place him in another interviewer’s category. “I’m Loon.” That response reopens one of the most controversial moments in It’s Up There history. When Charleston White attempted to discuss Young Thug during their heated interview, Loon stopped the conversation. Loon believed Charleston was operating in provocative character mode and refused to let a real friend’s sensitive situation become a cheap viral moment. Charleston eventually walked off the set. Wack now challenges whether that loyalty affects the way Loon analyzes Young Thug’s leaked interrogation. Wack says Thug talked far too much and appeared willing to communicate with investigators. Loon demands a more precise standard. He argues that Thug never identified members, assigned criminal roles or directly incriminated anyone in the section being discussed. Loon says Thug attempted to redirect the investigators, frame gang language as entertainment and separate Peewee Roscoe and Birdman from the Lil Wayne tour-bus shooting. Wack agrees that the footage does not clearly show Thug directly snitching on someone, but maintains that Thug should have remained silent and occasionally slipped while taking investigators on a long conversational ride. The larger debate is not only whether Young Thug talked too much. Can a media host honestly analyze damaging footage involving a real friend without exploiting the friendship—or protecting the person from every difficult question? And who receives “white gloves” when street credibility, race, relationships and media collide? Watch the complete Wack 100 conversation with Big Loon on It’s Up There.
