Take-Two Interactive and Rockstar Games have officially filed federal court subpoenas seeking identifying information from Microsoft and Discord following leaks of Grand Theft Auto 6. The legal actions filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York target copyrighted material, including audiovisual content, artwork, dialogue, and creative elements posted online. The subpoenas come after a hacker group calling itself CyberLeek shared multiple gameplay clips obtained from an alleged playable build of the upcoming open-world title.
