    (July 31, 2026 – Los Angeles, CA) – All gas and no brakes this summer, trend-setting and chart-topping multiplatinum artist, rapper, singer, storyteller, visionary, and entrepreneur Rod Wave keeps up his incredible momentum with the release of a new single and music video entitled “Hustle” out now via Alamo Records.  and watch the music video. It just ups the anticipation for his anxiously awaited seventh full-length album, Don’t Look Down, out August 28. .

    Never one to rest on his laurels, Rod fully embodies the track’s title! Electric guitar enlivens the production with depth and dynamics, while steady hi-hats keep the tight beat in check. Against this backdrop, he breaks down his mindset with the elite narrative lyricism fans have not only treasured, but come to expect over the years. Everything builds towards a climactic chorus where he chants, “I’m a hustler baby. Look what grinding did for me. Rather than sit back and reap the benefits of that grind, “Hustle” shows that he’s as hungry as ever.

    The accompanying visual unfolds like a movie, bringing viewers into the world of Rod Wave matching the song’s spirit of showcasing just how far hustling and grinding has gotten him and full immersion into his vision. On “Hustle” Rod exemplifies what it means to stay true and focused on whatever goal you’re looking to accomplish.

    In June, Rod started to tease the arrival of Don’t Look Down, spiking anticipation from fans as well as tastemakers like BillboardConsequence Of Sound, and Hits Daily Double who reminded, Rod’s been on a winning streak for years.

    In support of the record, Rod Wave will embark on his biggest headline jaunt yet, the Don’t Look Down Tour, canvasing the continent and visiting arenas coast-to-coast. Renowned for his powerhouse performances, he has quietly emerged as one of the biggest ticket-sellers in the culture, leading the pack for the touring industry. Given the overwhelming demand for shows, nine news shows have been added to savor fans’ appetite as the tour continues to sellout in carious markets. The Don’t Look Down Tour will launch a 25-city excursion, including double dates in Philadelphia, Houston, Dallas, Detroit, Brooklyn, Chicago, Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, and Atlanta. The Mainstay Touring produced run kicks off on September 12 in Philadelphia, rolls through the South, Midwest, East Coast, and West Coast, and closes out in Atlanta on November 19.     To kickstart the current chapter, he personally broke the news of Don’t Look Down with a viral post of the cover where he looks his best in a dapper tailored suit. He also dropped the Official Album Trailer—which he personally starred in alongside Gold Globe nominated actor Danny Huston (SuccessionYellowstoneWonder Woman), and produced through Mainstay Films

    He will undoubtedly deliver “that raw emotion” with the downright epic Don’t Look Down. It notably marks his first full-length offering since 2024’s acclaimed Last Lap. The latter bowed at #2 on the Billboard 200, notching his fifth consecutive Top 3 entry on the respective chart and netting his fourth straight #1 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart too! He kicked off this year with “Feed The Streets.” The song has impressively amassed tens of millions of streams as well as 18 million-plus YouTube views on the music video.
