Lawson Avenue Growth Partners has closed its second investment fund at its $155 million hard cap, providing the Washington, D.C.-based growth equity firm with additional capital to invest in early growth-stage enterprise software companies serving specialized industries. The oversubscribed fund exceeded its original $125 million target and more than doubles the size of the firm’s inaugural $83 million fund. Fund II attracted commitments from public pension plans, private foundations, family offices, endowments, and funds of funds.
