UFC and Drake’s OVO released their second collaborative collection this morning, dropping Friday, August 21st at 10am. The capsule spans hoodies, athletic jerseys, graphic tees, and long-sleeve shirts, all built around fighter-inspired artwork and co-branded graphics.

The collection marks the second time these two brands have teamed up. It continues a partnership built around blending combat sports with Toronto’s biggest star’s brand.

Canadian welterweight Mike Malott fronted the campaign, giving the release a real connection to the Octagon. That was a deliberate choice, keeping the collection tied to actual fight culture instead of leaning purely on celebrity pull.

The designs pulled from UFC’s deep roster of recognizable names. Pieces feature Islam Makhachev, Georges St-Pierre, Nick Diaz, Khabib Nurmagomedov, and Conor McGregor throughout the lineup. Hasbulla also got his own graphic treatment, tapping into his massive internet following outside the sport itself.

There were nods to UFC legends also. Chuck Liddell showed up across custom details, alongside references pulled from Drake’s ICEMAN album era. That mix of fight history and OVO’s own catalog gave the drop more depth than a standard two-logo collab.

    UFC x OVO Collab

This wasn’t UFC and OVO’s first run together. Their debut collection released in 2025, leaning heavily into UFC’s origins from 1993, early fight posters, and retro training gear.

That first drop worked because it respected where UFC’s imagery came from before OVO started reshaping it. This new capsule built on that foundation, expanding into current champions and internet-famous personalities instead of just old references.

OVO’s owl logo has always been versatile enough to sit across music, luxury, and now combat sports without needing a redesign. Paired with UFC’s aggressive, fight-first visual language, the two brands ended up sharpening each other rather than just sharing shelf space.

With Drake’s continued involvement and a fighter actually fronting the campaign, this collection reads as more than just your usual merch. It’s turning it into a real meeting point between streetwear and the sport itself.
