    U.S. Senator Katie Britt (R-Ala.) joined Senator Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) in introducing the bipartisan HBCU Research Capacity Act, legislation that would streamline federal funding opportunities for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
