SummarySeth Rogen’s lifestyle brand Houseplant has joined forces with Carbone Fine Food for a limited-edition Italian-inspired collectionThe release centers around an exclusive co-branded marinara sauce alongside an array of handcrafted ceramics and homewaresThe capsule also introduces Houseplant’s first limited-time THC beverage flavor, Blood Orange, inspired by Sicilian citrusCelebrating the intersection of cannabis culture, premium culinary experiences, and the art of Italian hospitality, Houseplant and Carbone Fine Food have united for a special 4/20 collaboration. The partnership bridges Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and Michael Mohr's modern entertainment brand with Mario Carbone’s renowned New York-bred culinary institution, delivering a comprehensive collection that elevates the at-home dining experience.Anchoring the release is a limited-edition co-branded Carbone Fine Food x Houseplant Marinara Sauce. The sauce incorporates Carbone's signature recipe, utilizing handpicked Italian tomatoes grown in volcanic ash, slowly cooked in small batches with aromatic spices. In a playful nod to the holiday, Houseplant is also dropping a special "dime bag" of premium oregano at select grocery retailers.Beyond the pantry, Houseplant is releasing a curated assortment of Italian-made homewares available directly to consumers. The ceramics range features handmade and hand-painted pieces from Deruta, Italy, showcasing the traditional Renaissance-era Orvieto Rooster design. The collection further expands with Italian Espresso Cups, a leather catchall, and a Murano Glass Ashtray. Rogen also introduces a "Fancy Ashtray Set by Seth," designed using his own pottery expertise, which includes an ashtray, matching saucer, and a gold-rimmed vase.Rounding out the launch is Houseplant’s first limited-time THC beverage flavor, Blood Orange. Inspired by Sicilian citrus and Rogen's time in Venice, the drink offers a bright, citrus-forward profile with a refined finish.“I just returned from three weeks in Italy and it continues to be my favorite country to visit,” shared Houseplant co-founder Rogen. “They have incredible food, hospitality, and ceramics, which are all very important to me. It’s been so fun to bring this Italian themed Houseplant collection to life, and of course, a highlight was getting to work with Mario Carbone to get my face to where it’s obviously always belonged, on a jar of Italian Marinara.”“Working with Seth and the team at Houseplant felt like a very natural fit,” said Carbone, co-founder of Carbone Fine Food. “We both care deeply about experience, how things look, how they feel, and how people connect around them. This collaboration is about bringing that same Carbone Fine Food mindset into the home in a new way.”“Houseplant has always been about elevating the way people spend their time and entertain, and Italy is one of the great blueprints for that,” said Mohr, co-founder and CEO of Houseplant. “We have been so fortunate to spend meaningful time experiencing the culture – this collection is really about bringing that spirit of hosting, great food, and beautiful objects into people’s homes in a way that feels both effortless and authentic to modern entertaining.”The Houseplant x Carbone Fine Food collection is available from April 20 through June 30. The co-branded Marinara Sauce can be purchased online via Houseplant and Carbone Fine Food's websites and at select New York retailers. The homewares are available exclusively on the Houseplant webstore, while the Blood Orange THC beverage is stocked online and at select retailers, including Total Wine & More.DISCLAIMER: We discourage illegal cannabis consumption.
