A prophet sets tongues wagging on social media after sharing a prophetic message in which he claimed to have seen Portuguese football star, Ronaldo,  emerging victorious at the FIFA World Cup.

According to the prophet, although he does not actively follow football, he received what he described as a spiritual revelation concerning the sport.

Recounting the vision, he said he saw Ronaldo dressed in red and engaged in a confrontation with another man whom he identified only as a Muslim.

The cleric admitted he could not determine the identity of the other individual.

He further claimed that the vision culminated in Ronaldo taking over the tournament and lifting the World Cup trophy, declaring him the eventual winner.

    His words …

“I’ve come with this message for those of you following football. I don’t follow football, but in the realm of the spirit the Lord began showing me about football. It is going to be so powerful. I saw a man named Cristiano Ronaldo, he was putting on a red dressing and he was fighting with a Muslim man. I don’t know who he was. And prophetically, I saw Cristiano Ronaldo taking over. I saw him carrying the world cup in his hands, and he is the winner. So a man called Cristiano Ronaldo is taking over the world cup…”
