A man has shared a detailed account of his experience with a woman he met online, claiming the situation escalated after multiple failed attempts to meet due to transport fare requests.

Repeated missed meetings after transport fare payments

According to his account, he sent a total of ₦15,000 on three different occasions to help the woman travel and meet him. However, she allegedly failed to show up each time.

On the first attempt, she reportedly said she used the money for an “ajo” contribution.

On the second occasion, she claimed her phone was dead and she could not communicate. The third time, she allegedly offered no clear reason, only an apology.

    Unexpected visit and hotel arrangement

The man stated that the situation changed on a later Friday when the woman contacted him again, saying she intended to visit.

He added that she arrived several hours later after initially taking time to respond.

Instead of taking her to his home, he said he booked a hotel room for her stay, which lasted about three days.

He further claimed they spent time together during the stay before he eventually left on Sunday afternoon, instructing her to order food while he was away.

    Sudden cutoff and blocking

Shortly after leaving the hotel, the man said he blocked her on all communication platforms. He did not provide further details on what led to that decision.

Since then, he alleged that the woman has been trying to reach him through different phone numbers, sending messages filled with accusations and insults.

    Biblical references shared

In response, he stated that he chose not to engage further, only replying by sending references to three Bible passages: Ecclesiastes 7:8, Proverbs 11:18, and Proverbs 12:20, advising her to read them.
