    ‎According to the X user, he refused because his sister still owed him after borrowing money from him twice.

    ‎ Meanwhile, the family has insisted that he forgo the money his sister owes him.

    ‎Seeking clarity over the situation, he inquired, “If being family means I should forget the debt, why doesn’t being family stop her from owing me in the first place? “.
