Dropping in tandem with the theatrical debut of Nolan’s cinematic epic, The Odyssey, the high-profile track serves as the grand finale to the movie's original soundtrack.The track marks a monumental creative link-up, combining Blake’s signature soulful harmonies with Scott’s distinct, hallucinatory verses. Co-written by director Christopher Nolan himself, "When I'm Home" delivers an atmospheric blend of experimental production and mythic storytelling that perfectly encapsulates the grand scale of the film.Scott’s involvement in the mythological epic extends well beyond his musical contributions. The artist also makes a physical appearance in the film, playing a bard at the start of the movie and briefly reprising the role later on. While "When I'm Home" stands out as the soundtrack's only song featuring outside musicians, the original soundtrack also includes a track titled "Circe," which features Samantha Morton performing in character as the iconic witch goddess.
