A viral video has sparked widespread reactions on social media after a man shared the aftermath of his alleged hair transplant procedure, showing severe swelling around his face and eyes.

The man, who posted the clip with the caption, “I got hair transplant but the saxophones keep getting louder,” told viewers that the swelling had affected his vision.

Giving an update, he said, “Update y’all I literally have 1% vision oh my god but you see the swelling moved out of my forehead it’s out of my top of my face and now it’s like all right here.

Oh my god I look crazy like I’m actually looking at myself right now y’all probably thinking I said what are you you’re not seeing yourself. I have like 2% vision. See my eyes are under there when I look.”

The video quickly gained attention, with many viewers expressing concern over his condition, while others shared humorous comments.

Some users also explained that swelling around the forehead and eyelids can occur after a hair transplant due to fluids injected into the scalp during the procedure.

Friendly Nurse wrote: “You did a hair transplant. Then you woke up and your eyes were swollen like you fought Burna Boy. Relax. It’s normal.

During the procedure, doctors inject fluid into your scalp to numb it. That fluid doesn’t just stay there, it travels downward. Gravity carries it to your forehead, then your eyelids.

Your eyelid skin is thin and loose. So it swells easily. It usually peaks around day 2-4 then disappears on its own. To slow it down:

    *Sleep with your head elevated

*Put a cold compress on your forehead (not the grafts)

    *Avoid bending down or exercising

If you see pain, fever or discharge from the eye that one is different. Go and see a doctor. But the regular puffiness? Your body is just doing its thing.”

Daniel wrote: “Next time he wants new hair, maybe skip the procedure and just buy a wig, at least that won’t turn you into a human balloon animal auditioning for Stevie Wonder’s backup dancer.”
