Another Judge ordered him to halt construction on the White House Ballroom. Yet another Judge ruled that the Trump administration must restore legal status for thousands of detained/deported immigrants. In addition, the Supreme Court heard arguments from the Trump administration this week to end birthright citizenship, the automatic granting of US citizenship to anyone born in the USA. Their argument centers around the 14th amendment, which was originally created to guarantee citizenship for formally enslaved African Americans.
