FLO have officially unveiled their eagerly awaited second album, Therapy At The Club, arriving July 24.

With the project, the GRAMMY-nominated trio transforms the idea of the club into something far more emotional and intimate than just a nightlife setting. Across the album, the dancefloor becomes a space for vulnerability, release, self-discovery, and emotional honesty—capturing the highs, lows, and blurred emotions that unfold over the course of a night out, from the anticipation before stepping out to the reflections that arrive the morning after.

Sonically, Therapy At The Club leans into sleek, late-night R&B and euphoric pop textures, pairing atmospheric production with deeply personal songwriting. Themes of desire, heartbreak, empowerment, healing, and sisterhood weave throughout the record, with FLO documenting emotional experiences in a way that feels both diaristic and universally relatable.
