Known for the rich textures of her R&B and soul influences, the emotional depth of her confessional songwriting and the melodic cadence of her Afropop sensibilities, FAVE uses the project to examine the many ways love communicates.

Across the EP, she explores romance, physical intimacy, emotional distance, longing, freedom, fixation, lingering memories and the difficult process of letting go.

    Intimacy, Longing and Release

The opening track, “Body Talk,” establishes the project’s emotional tone with a sensual Afrobeats groove about choosing connection over conflict.

The song captures the moment when two lovers move beyond an argument and rediscover one another through chemistry, forgiveness and the unspoken language of the body.

On “Miss You,” featuring award-winning Nigerian singer Chike, FAVE embraces R&B vulnerability while examining the ache that remains after distance enters a relationship and memories refuse to fade.

That emotional weight gives way to the uplifting rhythm of “Dance,” a bright Afropop love anthem centered on freedom, celebration, and the discovery of a connection so effortless that movement becomes its own language.

Together, the EP’s opening songs demonstrate FAVE’s ability to balance softness and strength. She moves from intimacy to longing and release without losing the honesty at the center of her songwriting.

The second half of “RNBLING” expands the project’s emotional and sonic range.

Drown” is a melancholic pop record about reclaiming oneself following a painful breakup. The song confronts the complicated aftermath of heartbreak, distraction and emotional detachment before arriving at the decision to leave behind what no longer feels healthy.

Paparazzi,” featuring African pop star Yemi Alade, shifts toward dancehall confidence, glamour and high-energy production.

The collaboration examines obsession, fame and the intoxicating experience of being watched, wanted and consumed by attention.

FAVE closes the project with “La La La,” a dreamy, alternative-rock-influenced love song about romance, adventure, and imagining a life untouched by worry.

Its lingering hook brings the EP to an optimistic conclusion after a journey through attraction, distance, heartbreak and emotional recovery.

Taken as a whole, “RNBLING” is an expansive and emotionally fearless statement from an artist helping shape a more expressive future for global music.
