Cardi B is closing out another courtroom chapter with a win.

The Bronx-bred chart-topper has seen a lawsuit tied to her 2024 single ‘Enough (Miami)’ dismissed in Texas.

    Full story below…

The case, brought forward by artists Sten Joddi and Kemikal956, accused the rapper of lifting elements from their 2021 track ‘Greasy Frybread.’

Filed last summer, the suit also names Atlantic Records and Warner Music Group. However, the judge ultimately dismissed the case on jurisdictional grounds, ruling that the Texas court wasn’t the appropriate venue to hear the dispute.

The decision doesn’t weigh in on whether the songs are actually similar, leaving the door open for the plaintiffs to potentially refile elsewhere.

For now, Cardi adds another legal victory to her belt following being cleared of the 2025 civil lawsuit for allegations of assaulting her security guard.
