    After competing in our first Hyrox Race, we decided to create a Hyrox inspired workout that you can follow along to. This workout is made up of high intensity cardio and dumbbell exercises that mimic the 8 Hyrox workout stations. This workout is more advanced and intense, so we recommend using lighter weights, go at your own pace, and add modifications where you need them. Drop a comment and let us know how you did!
